I go late at night when it's less crowded and clean. The machines are usually broken; the good thing is the worker is always attentive and helpful

It's 2022. Cashless payments are a norm. It's also weird that you say you can't use cash and then right after say that they accept ones, fives, and tens. Did you try asking for change for your $20 from an employee or literally anyone in the laundromat? Also, do you not own a debit card or credit card? You should definitely think about getting one. There are no card fees and if you use a credit card with rewards, you'll also be able to get money back from just doing your laundry. Just something to think about.
The prices will probably fluctuate from year to year, but as of right now (April 2022), the small 2 load machines are $4.85, the 6 load machines are $11.45, and as far as I remember, the massive 8-load washers are $13.85. The dryers are completely free. I know the question was from 4 years ago, but I figured I'd answer the question anyways for anybody who's currently wondering.
