Shame on PSE&G. This company hired workers to DESTROY our streets with their claim of ‘this will help us provide better service to you.’ You inconvenience the community and THEN raise rates 30%?!? I was told by workers this would be over in APRIL! The suspension on my car is ruined. They say that a lot of it is temporary patching but how temporary is temporary? Is over 6 months temporary? Is the ruined suspension on my vehicle temporary? The bumpy sloppy asphalt work, unfinished craters in the road, unsecured/uneven steel plates, roads constantly blocked and closed, construction trash littering our streets is too much. NAPPAA GRECO FIX THE ROADS YOU RUINED. Update, since posting this they keep calling me from blocked numbers wanting to talk about their plan. No thank you. I was told ‘the plan’ by multiple employees in the beginning of this year the nonsense construction would be over in April. The reason is always ‘this is for you 💕’ but their plan keeps changing. Their construction has hindered my quality of life for 9 months plus. I’m sure there are plenty others.

I called today to cancel Worry-free coverage. Recorded voice say I have to wait for 14 minutes. It actually made me waiting for 40 minutes. When someone finally picked up phone, I told him I have to wait for 40 minutes, he simply says they are busy on Monday. When he asked me for a reason, I said "I do not need it now". He actually says that is not a valid answer! What? do I have to say it the way you like?

Retro Spective

Tech arrives on site to install electric meter, only to report to hq that all breakers need to be turned off before installing… Tech could easily turn off all breaker switches (as job description entails) but instead reschedules meter installation until customer flips switches that were accessible to tech. Horrible service!! I think I’m better off switching to PECO, thanks pseg!

In the middle of a pandemic my heater broke leaking water 🤷🏻‍♀️ I call for service the guys never showed up but call on the phone telling me they will not come to all the water is clean and then to make another appointment 😡 not satisfied at all it’s emergency and no help !!! But when I call back they tell me again they can’t coming tell the next day 😖.
