I would rate them as less than one star so far - we have been waiting for more than a week for them to set up an appointment for a ridiculous visit to our home to determine if we can have a permit to replace the failed lateral (leaching) lines on our septic tank. Who would want to hire someone to come in with a backhoe and tear up your yard if you didn't have the issue of raw sewerage literally running across it?

I I live in Buncombe County and can get a vaccination readily (I have a low immune system due to blood cancer and need a vaccination ASAP) May my husband and I drive up to the drive through clinic tomorrow or Thursday? Thank you for answering.
