Hey Leddy, Are you still currently active in your ministry? You are fully ordained? You should have no problem in the area here. Many ministers travel to this area with their couples. If you need any help with anything please let me know. I have at times signed for couples and their ministers performed the ceremony to make it more comforting for all involved. I would just need to meet with the couple ahead of time. No reason you should not be able to perform the ceremony. Rev Jody
