Juan and Austin were great fun and made the ziplining even more enjoyable. The 6 runs were a lot of fun and exciting. The 5th run has an unbelievable view of the mountains, too! Lots of options for ziplining in the PF/Gatlinburg area but Wahoo Ziplines is at the TOP of our list of recommendations.

We most definitely recommend Wahoo Ziplines! We went in a larger group and had an incredible time. Nate and Matt were our tour guides and they were amazing! They had us laughing the entire time. They also taught us some pretty cool tricks on the ziplines. Thank you both for the unforgettable, fun experience!

We had the best time at wahoo zip lines! I highly recommend. It was our first time zip lining and the guides made it such a fun experience. Mitch was one of our guides and he had us laughing the entire time! He was wonderful!

Willie and Austin were amazing guides! They kept the group laughing and having fun the whole time! It was my first time zipping on a course where they slowed you down to stop and it truly made it a stress free experience! We will definitely go back!

You will need to call them first before you purchase your Groupon, just to be safe.
Each line the timing is different. Guides make it fun. Show and explain how to do each line. Some lines are higher than others. One is tandem, another you race. It was a great experience for my first time ziplining and I was the oldest person in our group at 62.
NO one comes out saying "Hi I'm the OWNER! BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!" The staff was amazing VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY, FUNNY, AND HELPFUL!! We had a blast this is a great place to visit for family fun!
On certain lines you can go down with your child, on others the child can zip with one of the guides. But if your children aren't scared of heights it is a lot of fun for kids!
From their web site: Mountain weather can be unpredictable, but we do operate in rain, snow or shine. Rarely must tours be cancelled due to inclement weather so please dress appropriately. We will not cancel tours due to cold or mildly rainy weather. However, we reserve the right to postpone (or pause) a tour up to one hour to wait out inclement weather and then resume the zipline tour. In case of tours already in progress, management reserves the right to cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions, such as heavy winds, heavy rain, and potential thunderstorms. Each platform has a roof where participants can wait safely in the event weather conditions change quickly. If you are on tour, and management decides to cancel the tour, your entire group will be evacuated in a safely manner and escorted to the office. Depending on how far you made it through the course, we can reschedule or partially refund you.
Cash is preferred but I actually tipped both my guides through cash app
I'm 70 yrs old with knee and low back pain. NO PROBLEM! I was surprised but I had a ball with no after pains! JUST DO IT! Sooo much fun!
Our group (Which had 10 people +4 extras and the 2 guides) took about an hour to complete it. I'd imagine smaller groups take a little less time and larger ones a bit more, but an hour seemed pretty normal.
They run around the year except major holidays, but it would be wise to call them and check about the refund or rescheduling.
