COVID sent us on an early home buying journey and as new homeowners in the area who set off their ring alarm unexpectedly, I cant say enough kind word about the team here. They were at our home within 3 minutes and I felt bad that we did not have a true emergency for them to attend to and yet they still did a run through of inspection of our home and assured us that if we ever did need them they would be minutes away. The peace of mind I gained from this interaction was priceless. Their sincerity, kindness, efficiency and professionalism were amazing. Thank you for making such a wonderful impression on us and for protecting the home of the families in this area. We feel fortunate to have moved to to a place where the community cares so much.

Called to ask question regarding becoming a firefighter in Paterson. Told the person on the phone (Aires) that I plan on moving into Paterson. Guy called me a liar, was extremely rude, and did not answer any questions.

I'm watching these guys on live pd rescue 10 minutes after they arrive at this structure fire and the guy is standing around with no water in the hose. Really embarrassing
