This pharmacy needs to be bigger and have more staff. They are always so busy. Lindale has grown a lot since this WalMart was built. Friendly staff!

Never had any issues that I didn't have at other pharmacies. The staff has always been nice in my opinion.

I have used this pharmacy for quite a long time. Never a problem. Always helpful. Some of these complainers are people who have likely waited until the last minute to refill, or they arrive at the busiest times of the day or week. Great pharmacy and they accept discounts that save me a lot of money. No complaints here.

Waited in long line to pick up new medicine. While I am aware of the pharmacy counseling services, I was pressed for time so I informed the clerk that I was a nurse and was very familiar with the medications, and didn't need to speak with the pharmacist. She ignored me and handed the medicine I paid for off to the pharmacist anyway. So I had to stand in line (again) to wait for the pharmacist to give me the required "offered" counseling. It was not "offered", it was FORCED and was totally out of line and unprofessional. I don't need nor have time to deal with that...I am a customer...not a number. Looking for another pharmacy.
