Today is my 4th time donating. Everyone is always friendly to me. When i wasn't feeling well after a donation they didn't rush me out or anything , they were passed closed, they got me gatorade and made sure i was good. Very kind and professional. I felt safe donating here.

I came today to donate plasma and it was fine at first. Front desk was fine and so was the nurse. The lady who took my plasma was very sweet and understanding. My boyfriend came to donate with me and he was nervous so the nurse told the ladies in the donation area to place him next to me. This one staff member, skinny African American girl with a struggling ponytail, sat this annoying lady next to me and when I explained that I had asked to save that seat for my boyfriend, I heard the staff member say “ I didn’t know we had assigned seating”. I didn’t come here for that. If y’all don’t take respectful requests, then just say no. It was only two staff members in the donation area that had a funky attitude. Train your staff to keep their rude comments to themselves. I came here totally respectful for a good cause to HELP those in need. People like that don’t need to be in places like this.

What can I say? I speak from experience in providing numerous donations at this facility. The staff are trained with the resources and information to get their job done. At times it can be busy and you may have to wait a little longer than usual. There have been moments when either the staff or myself were having either a great moment or not so positive encounter. I understand every donor is to be treated with dignity and respect. Also the same level of treatment should be provided from us donors. That said, I encourage anyone experiencing issues or concerns to politely, kindly, quietly (meaning not loud), let a staff member know who can help you (nurse, supervisor, lead). Find someone! They will listen to you and properly handle the issue best as possible. Remember there are things people are completely unaware of, mistaken, overlooked or not clear to either party when not addressed. When concerns aren't voiced through the proper channels things have a way of festering in a person's mind or will not improve. I believe the staff value their job, appreciate donor support and don't intentionally go out of their way to be mean or spiteful to us donors. Today a nurse, who I thought was 'out to get me' (lol), who I imagined did not have my best intentions in mind, helped me out. She was ready for the task, before her colleagues (other nurses), could engage to help me. We had a previous encounter, maybe not the best interaction (according to my liking/ my personal opinion). But today, was different. I was pleasant, she was very professional, compassionate, and addressed my donor needs/questions. I believe she went 'above-and-beyond' (for her likely a typical day)! I actually felt relieved and grateful that we had this opportunity to interact! That said, my eyes were opened once again in understanding, the staff has a good image they strive to maintain towards all of their donors! I must be honest, being human, we all have emotions, but try not let that get in the way of a positive experience, or interfere with what you need at CSL. Don't hesitate to quietly speak to someone if you need assistance. I imagine that I am a enthusiastic, person with integrity / character, etc., but I have been wrong for assuming (which can be damaging/a waste of time/ and caused me to feel bad in the end). Yes, it can be hectic at times. I can't fathom dealing with me on a bad, day plus other donors (and their bad day), more than once in a day, not just twice a week, but daily (as per a majority of their work schedule). My apologies for being cranky to those I may have offended in any way in the past! Especially when I need your expertise, support, etc. Too often people complain when something is not right (as they should to ameliorate an issue), but this post serves as positive review and highlight. So hat's off & kudos to CSL, Maple Shade, NJ for all of your continued hard work! I liked this place from my very first donation, and the positive image that has been restored as of today! Thanks to the nurse who helped me, it left a truly remarkable impression in my mind! I was so delighted of the support I received (nearly left me in tears). I did not expect that level of kindness! I would recommend this place to anyone, who's nice and kind - like the staff members because they deserve it! Have a great day!

Manager and staff were incredibly rude. My personal information was mishandled and several donors had full access to my social security number along with other personal documentation. There are other plasma donation centers in the area. If you are concerned about identity theft and how medical staff handles your privacy, do not come here. Not to mention the manager Rashall appeared to be either intoxicated or under the influence.

I got $100 on the red card they give us for my first donation. Because I signed up with a previous donor, my next payout is 125 for my second donation.
For new donors, if you go within 45 days, the first 5 donations are 50 bucks each. You can donate twice a week. After your first 5 donations, you get 20- 25 bucks your first time in a week and 40-45 bucks your second time in a week.
If U are eligible U can donate up to twice a week ...if U use me a a referral we both can get an extra $100.00 each...when U donate...
It's walk in only
No $825

New doners get $100 first 6 visit. So you can make about $600 in first month. Then $60 after, depending on weight.
They should be open now they where only closed because of the weather
Probably your weight fluctuated
Very Clean and I love the staff very friendly 😊
It was only $10 each week this month, rather than one lump sum at the end of the month as they've been doing. You may just not have noticed the difference.
Do i need an appointment? What do i need like id, social security card?
50 first 5 donations and depending on your weight is how they determine what your compensation will be
