Wow. SO much flavor in every dish we had. Taj Mahal beer complemented the food very well. This restaurant is so delicious I’d go back tomorrow! Excited to try all the other menu items. (And what a friendly staff!) Update: I went back the next day. The chicken drumsticks are amazing. Chicken Kanthmandu fried rice is out of this world. You need to try this place

If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, it's not easy to find, which is how we ended up here. We went with friends and shared: - Samosa Chaat - Mango Chana Chaat - Veg Momos - Lamb Sekuwa - Khasi ko Masu - Gaeng Garee (paneer) - Hariyo Khorsani (chicken) - Garlic Bread My favorite dishes were the Momos and Khasi ko Masu. The goat was very tender and the sauce was flavorful. My next favorite dishes were the Mango Chana Chaat and Gaeng Garee. They gave enough seating for 4 people total outside which we were happy to take. If you're looking for Nepali food in Charlotte, check this spot out.

We first came to Everest Bistro in August and really liked it. We had initially ordered to go but decided to dine in. The owner was really nice and brought us extra plates and cups. We ordered chicken chowmein, chicken momo, samosa chat and chatpate. I remember everything tasting delicious so we decided to go again. They must have changed the chef or something because we were really disappointed. We ordered the same things again: chicken chowmein, chicken momo, samosa chat and chatpate. First thing I noticed was that the chatpate was significantly smaller portion and looked different from before. Also, it was mostly puffed rice with very little potatoes and crunchy noodles. I got medium spicy chowmein, but it lacked spice and flavor. The momos were fine and the samosa chat was mostly yogurt with very little samosa so we felt like we didn’t get our moneys worth. Our server was nice and looked like he was the only one working. We had gone in the second time with really high expectations but were sadly let down.

This is a great local family-owned business offering fabulous Nepalese food! Every time I have been to this restaurant I've been welcomed with big smiles and very friendly service. The Samosa's (savory pastry) at Everest Bistro are absolutely the best samosas I've had anywhere in the US! You have to try this cute and cozy restaurant where the food is as full of love and joy as the atmosphere!
