They are rude to some people who they do not have the right to judge especially when they didn't truly do anything to be judged for making their patients say things untrue about themself forcefully or with threats is absolutely disgusting...also again nobody should be judging or downgrading anyone 🙄

I wish I could give no stars. I'm a single mom and worked part time as a teacher last school year, and when I applied for food stamps, I heard nothing back from them for a month. My case worker Jodi dragged her feet and kept asking for additional documentation every time I called because she never made any effort to call me. She was extremely rude and even hung up on me once, even though I told her I'm a single mom who just needs help buying FOOD for my 7 year old son! Finally after 3 MONTHS, they sent me an approval letter in the mail- FOR $29 A MONTH! what is that going to buy? One meal a month? Then the approval letter said that I would be receiving my food stamp card in the mail. Well, it's been a month since I received that approval letter and still i have not recieved my food stamp card. I sincerely hope this lady loses her job and finds herself in need of help and has to deal with someone treating her exactly like she treated me and my son.
