While they have a ton of everything you could possibly need and want for Halloween costumes and decorations, two things: 1) they got rid of the ability to try costumes on, and 2) the prices are high so the inconvenience of not being able to check if they fit is a bit of a risk. Bummer. Maybe it was bc of covid, but if it was wouldn't there be ANYONE wearing masks or creating more ventilation bc it was so stuffy, packed, and hot in that big orange tent.

ITS ONLY OPEN DURING THE HALLOWEEN SEASON. AND IF IM THINKING CORRECTLY, ITS A HUGE ORANGE TENT THAT THEY SET UP IN THE FRONT PARKING LOT OF THE MALL.

I'm met the owner today while buying a couple of things and he was nice. If not he would probably do an exchange for some decorations or something.
We are a seasonal Halloween store. The Big Orange Tent will open around September 10th again this year with time appropriate safety protocols in place. Hopefully life will get back to normal by then.
No you cannot return items... all sales are final. However they do have a dressing room!
