Absolutely, our process, products and cleaning method normally depends on the material and type of carpet. We work side by side with you to make sure you are comfortable with the process and price. All our products are 100% chemical free and organic. Our first step in the process is to inspect the carpet. Each stain will be evaluated and pretreated to make sure the best method is used without compromising the material. If anything needs to be moved, we will be happy to do so. We arrive fully equipped with the best truck mounted machine to deep clean the carpet fibers. After the cleaning, it can take between 2-5 hours depending on the ventilation of the room to dry. It's hard to say exactly, The rug cleaning itself depending on the conditions and material can take between 4-7 business days to be returned. We can send an expert out as soon as same day or next day for the pick up. We keep you up to speed on the process so you know when the rug is ready.
