I rented a newer trailer unsure if I would enjoy living in one. However the area and unit is nicer than expected. It is much cleaner, safer, and quiter than tulsa. The management is pretty good too.

Area itself quiet Park dirty broken mobile homes everywhere hazards for children management will not clean them up management very poor on fixing things does not fix things puts people in units that are should not be in should not be livable in

Will never rent from this place ever again. Lived there almost 10 years. Went through tons of owners and managers. Nothing ever got fixed extremely run down. I had to do my own repairs the best I could. With no reembursement what so ever. And with every owner it gets run down even worse then the last. Rent on a 2 bedroom was 425 a month then a new ownership from California came in and rent went up to over 650 a month. Total rip off and then some. Would be a very nice place it it weren't so run down and would be fixed.

Simply horrible landlords do not make repairs
