I've been doing the yard maintenance at a client's house for about 6 months and the whole time the property management has had 50' mobile home trailers parked in front of several homes and lots of trash piled in the corner... I feel the property maintenance is very poor.

With any home purchase just make sure you do a home inspection and a termite inspection before making any decisions. Space rent is affordable. This is a 55+ mobile home park where you do not own the land. Don't take what the owner of the mobile home park says for fact without doing your investigations!!

My mother has been living at Cherry Mobile Park for 5 years. It’s a clean and quiet community. Management is friendly and whenever my mother has a problem, day or night, they have been very responsive! One of the workers once even gave her a ride to the supermarket! The team there really goes above and beyond. They even employee a mentally disabled young man. That is a testament to the kind of company that they are. I would recommend them to all my friends. Well-taken care of grounds, great office staff and property management. I don't have to worry that my in-laws are not taken care of here. They are well-supported by the friendly office staff and really enjoy living there. Couldn't ask for more!

Space rent is $498 if you own your mobile home. You are not charged another amount if you are not an owner. The owners take pride in the park, and treat all of their residents with respect, going above and beyond what is expected of a landlord, make house calls, checking on residents to make sure they are ok, etc. The office staff will even pick up residents who are interested to attend their monthly events, if they can't drive or walk to their recreational hall where they host them. The owners provide free lunches, bingo events, holiday dinners, and more.

If you are a renter, it would be like renting any other place, our maintenance team would be available for you, should you have any need for repairs etc.
