for whatever reason I couldn't schedule online appt (profile issue?) so I tried calling in order to catch an appointment in 1 1.2 hours. No one picked up the phone even thought I attempted to call back over and over again. quite literally missed the appointment due to horrible customer care. having worked in Customer care myself, there is never an excuse to leave a phone ringing on multiple attempts.

The worst massage I’ve ever had. Chaotic is the best way to describe the technic used by the therapist. She was all over the place, starting and stopping, applying way to much pressure to sensitive areas. My neck actually hurts from the experience and I have had a tension headache due to it. It was also incredibly hard to book an appointment. My first one had to be booked weeks out, then it was cancelled same day. They offered two free enhancements for the inconvenience however I tried calling 4 times through out the day to book them and could never get through. On the day of my massage I attempted to call twice and still couldn’t get through. Also for those interested in their COVID-19 practices. They have you sign a waiver to confirm you do not have symptoms or have had contact with others. However this is a stack of forms that were copied with the answers already entered “no” for each and you are asked to just sign the bottom. I went to this location because I received a large gift card for a birthday. I still have money left on it after this visit but I will not be using it.

Walter is the absolute best. Always was amazing with my services. Team all needs to be on one accord with communication but, from now reading the reviews I see that’s something they clearly lack. “Management” is laughable, super dismissive, & trying to cancel a “contract” that end but, doesn’t auto-renew lol is the most worsesome thing you’ll ever go through. Maybe it’s just this specific location but, it’s definitely not anywhere you want to do business.
