I bought two remanufactured HP printers from Copyfaxes and both end-users are very happy with them

When people purchase copiers from a distant vendor like this, do you then purchase a service contract from a local manufacturer certified service tech? If so, do you get pushback from them because you didnt purchase the equipment from them?
