Don’t work here specially for Kimco they’ll promise you a shift and then try to change it in a week and leave your jobless and waste your time. Only thing they do is give you more stress.

Looks like a cool job if your trained right. I was a picker. I had a nice lady with Bad English, couldn't really understand her. Then it was about 20-25 minutes of following her around with 2 other people trying to understand. Then they put us on our own, bad move lol. I'm a quick learner and have picker exp. but Please Train tour workers a little better. Not our fault for mistakes, because the guya where you unload after picking is are a**h****. Thanks anyways 👍🏿
