My experience with the Tunic Group Staff and Maintenance in East Orange have been positive. Karen has been very helpful with any issue I've had with my apartment. She addresses my concerns immediately and professionally. The building is quiet and filled with good hardworking people. Management tries to keep it clean and pest free. My only concern is people that throw trash, urinate in the halls and steal packages and mail. Please use the hallway cameras to find those individuals and hold them accountable.

I just want to share my current experience with Mr. Mario, at an apt which is managed by Tunic. On July 13, he visited me to check the new refrigerator status. The freezer was broken down and they immediately ordered a new one for my unit. I never spoke or asked for his help or any other that the freezer did not fit well in the previous cabinet. I was just thankful enough for a refrigerator that can make ice; I did need the ice for my injured foot as my doctor recommended. The freezer was a bit taller than the previous spot, and I just let it stand in the kitchen area. Mario visited me and found out the size mattered and made it fit the right pace for the freezer, and made my kitchen spacious and comfortable. It almost took over 1 hour, never an easy task for anyone. I have never expected this kind of considerate support with a beautiful attitude. He has been a great help to me for years on every issue and did his best, and I believe he did to other residents here as well. Truly grateful to have him here; very skillful, yet humble! I also want to extend my gratitude to Ms. Shira at the Tunic group as well. She has always been reachable and offers genuine kindness at any time I contact her in need. She helps me to make my days easy. Thank you, Mr. Mario and Ms. Shira!!! Best staff at Tunic! Thanks also for the best maintenance support from the Tunic Team!
