Attempted to schedule an appointment for an X-ray and was informed that this was walk in only. Was assured that the wait would be reasonable. Ended up waiting about 90 minutes and when I attempted to speak to them on the phone regarding this later that day, I was hung up on. EDIT: Spoke to Richard Levinson and he explained the confluence of factors that were unpredicted and out of their control. He will address the hung up phone call with the appropriate department.
