Gorgeous place to shop for a variety of beautiful plants. Staff are very helpful and friendly.Highly recommended plant nursary to visit. For sure I will be going their regularly.
Bob- I love your show but I am always driving when it airs. I need some help with kissing bugs. I have tried insecticidal soap and vacuuming them but it seems like more come every day. How do I get rid of these bugs. They are ruining my tomatoes,etc

Yes in different sizes. Shades of green is one my favorite nursery.
St. Augustine does not make viable, collectible seed. It must be planted from sod.
A friend sent me an email about a flock of cedar waxwings that was found dead in Decatur. Tests showed that the birds died from cyanide toxicosis, from the birds eating berries from the Nandina shrub. Are Nandinas toxic? I'll forward the article.

There selection if chilli pepper plants rotates out quite a bit. Its best to see what they have in person. I personally got some small cayenne jalapeños from here awhile back.

As you have seen the owner said they don't carry them but you could easily make one with a covered container. Check UTube I am sure there's plans available.
Can I cut off the top of a white bird of paradise for winter so I can move it into my green house? Will it survive?

For pad types cacti, loosen it from the soil then drench it will liquid molasses (2 cups molasses/gallon of water) or sprinkle it liberally with dry molasses.
