Charging me a membership yet I can never seem to get an appointment. I will be canceling. I've tried four times now you've collected my money yet no service provider as good as Britney to fil in? Why? I want to cancel membership. I had no problems b4 I agreed to this membership. Membership termination was requested for lack of service providers and meeting contract agreement to serve. Your company has not been able to provide services the last five times I’ve called both in you Fayetteville, NC location nor your Cary/Apex locations. Your company is not able to handle the promise of services for my monthly payment due to low staffing. I believe this to be a clear breach in your contract and I am demanding my money back for the month of October’s payment. I already had to set two months of payment way out to hope to be served on past monthly drafts. I will be seek legal services for this breach in contract by your company. Plus I have spoken with and placed in writing my request to stop all further drafts back in August and September. What is also appalling I’ve called several times this week and left messages with thoughts of a staff member would call back days before and you are just getting around to calling me. Yet this call was not even in reply to my many calls as you’ve stated. This call was because you are just now getting around to responding to my cancellation request. This is bad business on top of bad business. I no longer wish to have Any further dealing with your company once my appointments for the back months in which I could not be served be filled as set and hopes no more rescheduling on your office part as further inconvenience. I will submit this to legal and on your review page.

The place is really nice inside, a tad bit commercialized and bland with the room set ups which isn’t as comforting when spending so much money. However, the staff are very nice and overall the services are better than most places because they are trained well.

This is the worst massage spa I have ever seen. rude and inexperienced staff, rigid rules that doesn't make any sense. no wonder this place has low rating, I should have checked the reviews before my first (and last) visit to this place. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place and go to the smaller spas nearby. Updates to the owner: you have my contact information in your files, so if you're planning to make this right for your customer, you can contact me. If my review still out there, that means you never contact me.
