Limited supply. When you ask if a certain product is available, the scripted answers is it's on order, which when you go back a week later when they say the product is available, it's still on order. Hit or miss staff. No "thank yous" or "welcome". Some are jaded and holier-than-thou staff as if customer's presence and inquiries are an inconvenience to their existence. And when you, the customer, try to be polite and do say thank you, the staff's response is "uh-huh" or"sure". The staff here are in the wrong line of business; they should be working at some record store like 'Championship Vinyl' where the likes of Barry Judd would scream at and shame you for asking a question. Staff that rung me up today is in Register # 2 named Oscar. Fitting-- Oscar the Grouch.

They don't have animals,
Many area rescues have kittens. Wespaw has the best goods for your pet including a vet once a month on site
Just a protip. Best way to show you're ready for a pet is if you are patient. The right time will come for you to have a pet. Practice with a plushy first. Not kidding. Take it with you everywhere. Small plushy will do. Write a schedule. *Feeding times* *washing times* *walking times* Etc. If you miss any. Count that as a strike that you are not ready. A pet takes time and care to give for the rest of his or her life.
I don't think they sell animals, just supplies.
