I ordered a birthday cake here for my daughter. While the cake did not look enough like the picture I showed them it still looked very nice. I ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and marbled fondant. The taste was delicious! The red velvet cake, the cream cheese icing, and the fondant all tasted amazing! I think I would order the cakes for the taste and not for the design. I would definitely order from here again as my family and I were very happy with it.

We just got a wedding cake done. It was not what we asked for despite many messages and even drawing it out. Once it was picked up it WAS properly taken care of and the top was too heavy and made the bottom tier cave in. We asked for a rope like effect with fondant and we got a black border of icing. We asked for a specific design on top in icing and we got a fondant figure. The person who boxed it must have forced it because the icing was smeared all over the side before my husband even left. Had we not been in a hurry and needed a cake, he would have not left the store with it.

Cake was not what was ordered. Price was not what was quoted. Customer service was weak. Will not be returing.
