Lodge has good food, trails were nice, pool was super clean. We rented 2 bedroom cabin, lots of space and good location! We’ll equipped kitchen but bring your own coffee if you like it strong. Overall highly recommend.

Pine Mountain Lodge is just beautiful. Great trails, service, scenery, excellent buffet, and views everywhere. Great place for the family. Pool, hikes, miniature golf and a beautiful golf coarse.

The park was gorgeous,, However we arrived around 5:30. Sat down at the restaurant, was never even acknowledged... Decided that was no big deal. Went to our room didn't have hot water for shower, the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The TV was tiny with little to no sound. And people were smoking outside which came right into the room...not a good stay 😓 especially for 180$a night

For reference on my stay, we stayed in the lodge, not the cabin. This is important because a lot of my review may not be relevant for cabin guest. I'll start with the restaurant. Our service was slow and the food is basic and bland. It's good I guess compared to everything else in the area, but by no means will this be your favorite place to eat. The view however is amazing so that makes up for it :) The room was clean and well maintained, however there are a few things that are very annoying. To start, the walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbors entire conversation, or in my case I can hear my neighbor listening to political YouTube videos on his phone while I'm trying to sleep. To add to that problem, the AC unit in the rooms can't have the fan turned on separately so you can't even have the fan on (unless heat/ac is on) just to make white noise and circulate air in the room. They should really make that option available in the thermostats as lots of people (myself included) like to sleep with a fan on. In their defense tho, I did ask the front desk about this and after housekeeping investigated and determined I was right, they did bring me a fan which was nice of them :) Last thing, and this is just plain dumb. Whoever's idea it was to put motion sensor light switch in the bathroom has clearly never used a motion sensor light before. The light automatically turns off while you're showering. This is dumb and frankly not safe at all. Put a regular freaking light switch in there. The resort is clean and well kept and the staff are very nice and helpful, so that's why I'm still giving 3 stars. Most of my other issues can easily be remedied and I hope they do so the next guest has a more comfortable stay.

Yes, the rooms are what you would expect from a typical chain hotel. Just a little bit more quaint.
This is an amazing place keep trying
The campground is closed.
Unfortunately I don't know we were there in late fall
We've stayed there quite often and found that the best place to eat is right in the lodge. The food is very good, a lot of choices, and everything on the menu can be made a carryout to take back to your room to enjoy. Be sure to try the all you can eat catfish dinner, it's fantastic!!!
Pine mountain is a great place to get away. Cabins are nice. The lodge rooms are updated and clean. Good hiking close to the Lodge. Bar for drinks after your done. Food was amazing! We will be returning.
I believe so. I am thinking there is a 10% lodging discount April through October. Then in the off season in November through March is even more of a discount. In general most all Kentucky State funded programs and facilities are Active Duty and Veteran Friendly.
Yes. Remember these are old cabins unless you get the 2 bedroom cabin which is more like a house.
