I love this community! It’s so beautiful, convenient to everything and the staff are amazing. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to move to this area.

It used to have the redeeming quality of a top tier management team but since RK properties took over and the mana agents team was completely replaced the place has gone downhill fast. The community gates are in always malfunctioning, and valet trash service is never there it says daily trashed pickup for most days but my trash goes untouched for days ever single week. You used to be able to put 3 trash bags out for valet but it has bed. Reduced to one. They transferred no billing information so I had to give all my information back just like when I moved in for the first time. Extremely unresponsive staff. You will have to go into the office and that’s a whole story in itself. I could go on forever but I have been living here a while so I got to see the golden area of riverstone but if your planning to move this is not the place and the price is a slap in the face for the service

Changed my review because since RK properties took over, it’s been horrible. Whoever was working in my apartment after it was flooded for the second time (thanks to my neighbors) used my bathroom and clogged it up. The management was supposed to let me know when my apartment was finished and they never called. I just happened to go back by there two weeks after it was flooded and noticed it still not finished. I asked about it and they said they thought it was done … no one ever went to check. They also made me pay for rent the last few months, even though I had to move out since they didn’t finish the work. 2 months later and it’s still not done!

Please please please!! Don’t rent here I’ve been here 2 years and this place is like a section 8 Lots of pot being smoked around in plain site off balcony’s People who shouldn’t be renting here are Low class people renting High rent ..I’m paying 1800 a month and my refrigerator doesn’t work after getting it fixed and the air conditioning..let me tell you..I was for 4 days without air in 90 degrees and then they said they fixed it just to break a week later and sleeping in 90 degrees..DONT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT… Went to the pool over the weekend in the pool was totally yellow and nasty and you couldn’t even swim in it. Please please please don’t rent here..this is a picture of my refrigerator that is from the 80’s had it so called fixed and then now everything is freezing!!! DONT MOVE HERE!! Also look at this this is the water system still broke after a year… look at the street this is my apt complex side view And this is how your view will look going to your place..imagine what your friends and family would think
