Yes, but I would recommend checking the website to make sure they will accept your items. They have a rather detailed list of what you can and cannot bring.
They don't, but Sample and Son on Columbia Rd does. Sample is the least expensive place other than Williams and Daughter in North Augusta for inert debris ie... Tree debris, concrete, construction scraps, etc

I am not exactly sure what the question is but this should cover it: They don't charge for aluminum, but they don't pay you either. This is a local service for Columbia County residents, not a commercial recycling center that pays customers.
