Older park, cheaper rent($250+utilities), was actually excited to move there for a few months till it warms up but was told after an all day conversation he doesn't take campers older than 25 years... We live in ours, he knew this and would not have "left" it. There is MOSTLY older campers there. Other than that and being hard to get ahold of, Stuart was a nice gentleman.

It's peaceful and quiet. No loud parties. Camp hosts are friendly and very helpful.

This is not a weekend campground. The camping spots are monthly and yearly. I think monthly is 285.00. Yearly lots you go on a waiting list for and is 1350.00 a year.
