This is not a co op it is a trailer park rent is $333. A month.
Make sure you really want to live here first of all! Seriously! Ok so you have to fill out application for credit check & pay $25.00. you can do this Mon. Thru Fri. At the clubhouse office from I believe it's 8:30 am till 4:30pm. Best get the phone # & call for appt. I'm sorry but I don't have # handy right now. Property managers name is Rochelle.
