Rude, won't bring towels, charges $10 for one towel because it had a little blood on it. They tell the police if there is traffic going to your room even if you aren't doing anything illegal. The staff are invasive and rude. I would NOT recommend this motel.

Had a nice bed the heat was good but no hot water the lady said you have to leave it running awhile but we tried from 5 am to 730 am and gave up 89 dollars for a room without hot water .this use to be a really nice motel but not anymore! Also had a broken coffee pot in the room and no coffee.

The outside of the motel is beautiful and inviting but have to say that I was very disappointed by the room. I didn't have any hot water, the towels,wash clothes and linens looked dirty..had to change rooms 2x. The room that was booked for me hadn't been cleaned yet and I was already checked in and the neighbors in the next room were loud and disrespectful. I've never gave a bad review on here but will say I would rather pay a little more for the Quality Inn in Harlan and be comfortable and feel safe while I'm traveling for work

The pricing was OK for what it was. No trashcan in room, had to ask for towels The remodeling had removed the closet, fridge had musty smell and not working. Hot water for shower took forever and no water pressure. No directions on use of 2 TV remotes. No where to sit in room. This place has a long way to go to get back to a great place to stay as it was at one time.
