Great service, although I don't know why everyone (not just Baron's ) charges $400 to convert and install a gas range - the whole delivery and install took 15 minutes!!! My range was missing a rubber bumper which keeps the grates up off the range top - delivery guys didn't have one, so I went to the store - sales person gave me one off the floor model and said he'd deal with hassle of getting it replaced. Highly recommend Baron's for your appliance needs!

I worked with Sebastian at Baron's. He was great! He was able to find the appliances I wanted and had them delivered promptly. He did everything he said he was going to do. He kept me informed during the process. The delivery team was great as well. This experience with Barons was truly exceptional customer service. I'm very pleased! Thank you Sebastian and Baron's.

After purchasing a home with a broken dishwasher and a 25 year old stove, it was on the top of our priority list once moved in. We had heard from word of mouth that Baron's had great customer service with a great selection of items. My husband and I decided to swing by. We were quickly greeted by Sebastian, one of the customer service reps. He was quick to point us in the right direction and the selection was made easy. We signed off on the purchase with anticipation of the units arriving the following week. When we arrived back at the new home, purchase papers in hand, we realized that the fridge handles did not match our newly purchased appliances. For some, this would not matter.. but it was clawing away at me. I checked the model number and realized that the fridge was a Cafe line from GE. I called Sebastian the following morning. He was extremely friendly and comical. He worked "magic" and found us matching pieces (they are typically back ordered at least 4 months out.) We received our appliances the next week. The installers were great as well! They even went so far as to scrub the floors on their hands and knees, clean down the countertops and shine the appliances for us. Overall, super stellar experience. Highly recommend.

While selecting major kitchen appliances for a new home that we are building, we visited several appliance distributors. My wife and I did a whole lot of research on appliances and one of our major concerns was ‘who will fix it if it breaks’ . The big box stores have some incredible offerings but no one gave us any level of comfort that our concern with repair would be resolved. Our research found many unsatisfied reviews. They did not have the appliance knowledge that we experienced at Baron’s either. We worked with Zach Baron twice who was very informative, patient and great to work with. We ultimately ended up working with Sebastian Gaglione. Sebastian easily answered every question we had and he knew exactly which appliance to recommend to meet our needs. His appliance knowledge is simply incredible. We did not purchase all of the same appliances we expected to purchase when we arrived. Sebastian noted that our selections were good choices but he showed us some alternatives that were a far better value for less money. Sebastian far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend Sebastian’s services and Baron’s Appliances. Note: Baron’s has in-house service technicians too.

Yes, for a very small fee. Varies by appliance. Ask salesperson and I'm sure they will assist. Great place, highly recommend.
