I don’t know if I’d be here right now if not for Helen Vickers and Happy Valley Medical. I’ve seen multiple doctors and nurse practitioners within the last 7 years due to chronic G.I. issues. Other practices I’ve been to in the past would prescribe medications for the symptoms, but it wasn’t until I started seeing Helen Vickers here at Happy Valley that she took the time to try to get to the root cause of my problems and sent in emergency referrals to specialists so that I could finally get to the root cause of my stomach problems rather than just masking the symptoms with medications. Helen did what no one else was able to do in 7 years time, in a matter of 3 months. I finally have a diagnosis that is easily treatable with surgery to remove my gallbladder. I truly feel like this place and Helen Vickers saved my life. All of the staff here are kind, supportive and understanding. I am so grateful.

Went to get my meds refilled and the np Annette treated me like i was a drug seeker because i wanted a 90 day supply of my pain meds. Lied right to my face and said it was illegal to get that many when i have for years. My mom's doc has no issue prescribing her pills for 90 days. After 25 years going to the office I'm changing to where my mom goes. Never been treated that way before, i didn't go to see an np anyway, i want to see a doctor.
