I contacted this company for an estimate on a home remodeling project. The owner arrived on time. However, he parked his vehicle blocking my neighbors driveway. It was requested that he relocate his vehicle and park in front of my home. His response "I won't be long." Red flag number #1. He entered my home, no note book, no measuring tape and provided a rough estimate of $105K. Red flag #2, #3, and #4. Note: the remodeling project was for 3 rooms and a bathroom. Fast forward two weeks, I contacted him requesting a written estimate be emailed to me and still nothing. Red flag #5. After all these red flags, I was eager to see an $105K estimate for 3 rooms and a bathroom and he still didn't come through.
