I haven't lived in an apartment for over 20 years. We moved into this complex sight unseen as we came from another state. The apartment is completely updated inside with plenty of room (we have 3 kids). The office staff was extremely helpful for which I'm grateful. While there, my toilet needed to be fixed, the maintenance staff came the next day. They were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, we had to leave a week after moving there due to my old job offering me a better opportunity. Again, the office staff was more than accommodating and even rented out our apartment so that we didn't have to pay the full rent on the lease since we are no longer there. I am extremely grateful to them for making a very chaotic transition smooth for me and my family. They didn't have to but they did. I would highly recommend this place to live as the neighbors are extremely friendly as well!

They are older apartments, but spacious. They are excellent in response to maintenance requests with the maintenance staff being considerate and informative. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

Don’t let the price fool you, moving here was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. If you wanna be harassed and talked down to and threatened by management then this is the place for you. And if not I suggest look elsewhere. I can promise you every bad review on here is 100% true. It is truly disgusting how management handles there tenants.

Lived there for 3 years. Took good care of place, never caused trouble, never missed a payment. When I moved out they are now trying to claim I had large holes in the walls, pet urine everywhere, destroyed oven. Luckily I took video of literally every square inch of the apartment and am now hiring a lawyer to fight them because of their dishonesty. They also approved use putting in a shelf and are now trying to charge us stating that we were not approved despite documentation from them. Additional surprises to know about if you are thinking about renting: They have special lights and you have to buy your bulbs from them for 7$ each. In the winter they do not clean the sidewalks, they clean a 1-2' wide path that quickly freezes over. Several of the people in the complex (including myself and my mother) fell. They advertise a two swimming set up but they do not open the kid one and the other is only one 2-3 days a week. Its a nice apartment and the area is safe, neighbors were very nice. Unfortunately CSW is incredibly dishonest so I would strongly avoid any apartment building or rental property they own.
