Was just trying to get home, empty tank, long day, I had like $2 in change, and the manager said that they refused to accept payment in change unless it's pre-rolled. This seems like an unlikely policy, which means that the manager was simply going out of his way to bully one of the customers

Anyone that has had problems with the bathrooms being disgusting I work there now so I will do my best to keep up with it. I work second shift I'm willing to step it up. Happy customers= Happy work place. I will do my best to make a change. I just hope for the ones with bad experience to give us another chance. Any problems you have I would love to hear your feed back.

Went to pump #2 tonight and selected regular. It started pumping premium. Glad I noticed, and stopped the pump. Tried it again and it did the same thing. I went inside and told the cashier and she didn't care. I asked about labeling it out of order and she just shrugged. I asked for a manager and one wouldn't be in until Monday. I just didn't want someone with their last $20 to use that pump! I noticed the lights and pricing weren't working on the pump so I went back inside to tell her. She only shrugged again. Then a man came in without a mask, was served, and nothing was said to him. I checked the door and it did say masks were required. I won't go to this Cumberland Farms again... I'll stop at the Irving in Northwood instead.
