My fiancé and I visited for breakfast on July 4th. The hostess immediately greeted us and said the wait time was 20 minutes. We could tell that the restaurant was short staffed when we looked around, but we stayed. We talked to another couple while waiting to be seated. Twenty minutes went by fast. The waitress greeted and took our drink orders about 2-3 minutes after we sat down. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be taken. It would've been taken sooner, but she was dealing with an unreasonable customer at the table behind us. Anyway, the food was served hot and was delicious. We both were satisfied with the service and food.

We had a large family event (for ~80 people) reserved a few weeks in advance for July 5th at 6 pm. We sent in our orders a week ahead of time, but the staff did not start giving our orders to the chef until an HOUR after our reservation time! Most of our tables had to wait 2+ hours for food. I am typing this at 10 pm and some are still waiting; it's been over 4 hours! There shouldn't be a wait for planned events. Not to mention, some orders had mistakes and missing items. The staff was friendly, overall. However, the service was nonetheless unprofessional. It was disappointing to see such an inexperienced team working a large-scale event. They shouldn't have been thrown to this task without more leads, supervisors, or managers helping them!

Love, love, love Bob Evans. This location did not disappoint. The location was clean, the food was amazing, and the service was top notch. I was so impressed with the manager on duty, Sean. He was bussing tables, seating guests, and delivering drinks. Although it seemed they were short handed, our waitress, Jellissa, never let on. She hustled, but was so sweet and patient. I cannot brag on her enough. Absolutely recommend this location.

My daughter myself and my grandson went to eat there so excited since not eating at a Bob Evans for years. We were very rushed as far as ordering and even explained we had not been there before. My 4 slices of bacon came out as one solid piece and extremely overcooked.I told the server and she came back saying she couldn't do anything about it since they already closed the grill. Didn't even offer anything as a replacement.when I went to the register to pay, the manager walked away and the server went to get the employee cleaning the men's restroom to come out and ring us up!! I mentioned the bacon to her and all she asked is if I told the server. I told her I did and her response. No discount, no cookie no nothing, even as another manager now looked on. She gave me my receipt and we proceeded to walk out when I realized she never took her gloves off!! The gloves she was just cleaning the bathroom with. We will not go back because they don't seem to care if you get good food and if she was cleaning the bathroom, why couldn't someone else just ring us up?? Just didn't feel comfortable or valued.
