i have lived here 9 years. Park sold. Rent from $175 up to 355. Real jerks except for Gina. Bringing in old beat up homes. They are not following code and inconcistant from home to home.

Don't like the new owner we can't in joy are yard any more it's basically a place to sleep not a home anymore it like living in an apartment building 😒

I live here and for the most part love it. It is recently under new ownership so just getting used to new rules/guidelines. Some of the rules a bit excessive. They are working on cleaning it up, which is nice. Hopefully, tho, they remember there is a reason why people are living here and most live barely paycheck to paycheck. Understanding and working with one another would go a long way as we are also a small town community in northern MN.

It has run down mobile homes in it . not a place I'd want to live considerably dirty unkept property No playground for kids. Mobile homes in all directions . roads poor conditions.
