Great customer service with purchasing and delivery. Products are great as well. Only issue is that when you put in an order request online, I waited days to get a response. The employee I spoke with said that the website is glitchy so you have to call them after placing the order online.

The most horrible experience of my life. Do not waste you time, run while you can. Horrible selection ,dirty store, right beside a bar with drunks trying to come in the store , horrible staff and professionalism. After reading the reviews I am so glad I did not buy anything there. I have now learned to do research before spending money. I walked in and after a few minutes of customer service, i actually thought i was talking to a homeless man , his clothing and hygiene was a mess, horrible breath, come to find out he was the manager.. If the staff look that bad i can only imagine the quality of the appliances there. Should be a Halloween store and not appliances.

Looking for dishwasher. Checked out other places in port orange and no stock available. Called appliance direct, had model I wanted, went over , helped us put on truck, called the installation man they recommended, made appointment, and next day installed!! Just got washer also and delivered and installing today. 😊

They do not carry LG i don't imagine they would service them
I know from being a previous customer that they do have a delivery charge.. they have a 3rd party delivery company that you pay separately at time if delivery.
It is my opinion. Never believe ANYTHING they tell you. IF they treat you the way they did us, they never followed through with anything they said. They will tell you what makes them sound good but they never followed through with those promises. Our APPLIANCE was on order about a month after dates promised over and over before that. We finally gave up and cancelled our order. Which seemed to not surprise them. Read comments from CUSTOMERS. And no delivery is Not free , if they ever deliver it at all.
its a service they offer, im assuming you can pick them up and save the money
