First of all. This location deserves 0 stars. A few weeks ago. It took 15-20 minutes for me and my girlfriend to finally be seated. Another 10 minutes to get our drinks taken. And then another 15 minutes to get our order taken. If it was busy I would understand. But there was only 2 other tables seated. So it was not busy. The server got my order wrong and when I told her about it when my food arrived. She simply just said “well I heard what I heard” didn’t get my order fixed. I can go on and on. But what’s the point if it’s gonna keep happening. And I get disrespected by one of the employees

Okay..........so me and my wife wanted to try something different for once so why not try Buffalo Wild Wings we heard so many great things about their food and we were ready to eat. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS LOCATION........First we walked in and had to wait literally 15 to 20 mins before a server saw us and another family waiting to be seated. Next our server sat us down did not mention her name until when she came back 5 mins later to get our drink order and I had to ask for her name. (haily) Now I understand this location looked short staffed since we only saw three women the entire time so I get it. But we waited for our food for about 20 to 30 mins and when we received our food my wife's food was warm and mine was ice cold.I am a person if I am paying for something I want my food to be right or at least hot. So moral of the story if you come here be prepared to wait a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG TIME FOR EVERYTHING.......... P.S WE ARE CURRENTLY WAITING FOR OUR CHECK AS WE SPEAK...... HAVE FUN AND GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE ACROSS THE STREET BECAUSE THIS IS NOT IT.

First time ever eating at this buffalo wild wings and I was not impressed. I came to pick up my order, I had never been here before so I didn't know where to go. I stood at the reception stand for a good 5 minutes with no help before walking around trying to find someone. I finally spotted the Togo register in the corner, mind you there were no signs to indicate where to go. I picked up my order and left. I get home and my wings were wrong, there were supposed to be honey bbq but they were super spicy to where I couldn't eat them. Be careful ordering Togo cause you might not get what you paid for.
