This place is absolutely incredible. Beautiful stream that runs along the north loop camp sites. The lake is amazing with stunning views of the sky at night. Some of the first come first serves sites are pretty isolated, which is exactly what we wanted for our 11 year anniversary camping trip. Stephanie is an amazing host and made our stay extra welcomed. Clean bathrooms with showers in 2 of them. We wanted to say bye before we left, but couldn’t find the golf carts around. Stephanie, thank you so much! Of our 11 years and probably about 15 camping trips, this has been our favorite. We will be back.

Small but beautiful and peaceful lake with many spots to picnic, fish or gather.

Stayed at campsite 002 awesome place friendly host. Campsites are spread apart about 50 plus yards from each other. Clean bathroom and showers, always had toilet paper and soap. Showers are hot which was awesome.

Yes, there is a cabin at Lake Winfield Scott. Thanks for your question.
Not sure. They are slowly opening everything slowly. But still not full capacity. Parking lots are half closed.
No, there isn't. But Vogel State Park is about 8 miles away and charges a $5 fee according to the Lake Winfield Scott website. There are a limited number of sites with electricity, so be sure to make a reservation.
Sites 12-15 have Water and electric and rent for $27.00 per day, reservation only. Thank you for your question!
If you go to the first parking lot for the park (there are bathrooms, and a fishing platform) you should be able to buy a park pass there. The second drive doesn't have many parking areas to leave a vehicle. If you keep going up the main road toward Suches there is a free parking area for hiking if I'm not mistaken.
Verizon, AT&T and Sprint are all a no-go. They all work about a mile down the road though.
The enterance we normally use is for day parking only and I believe the fee is $3.00. It's a beautiful spot, hope you enjoy it.
Not as of this past week. There are portolets, no dump and no water. Still clean and kept up though.
