Every apartment has it's issues but Raintree has handled any issues swimmingly on move-in. Quiet. Affordable. Good place to live.

I loved it here. I am a traveling nurse. I was looking to find a short term lease, furnished, pet friendly apartment. This was the only one that came up for me in the area and I was beyond pleased. The staff moved very quickly for me to make sure I was settled in in enough time. The apartments are very spacious. I didn’t have any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in this area.

Just moved out here and I love it so peaceful and neighbors friendly beside a good bit of stuff overall. Staff nice as well. Was gone turn around at first but glad me and gf didn’t while we’re apartment hunting love the area. And Lari is so helpful and friendly plenty plenty of parking spaces.

We almost turned around out of the complex when we first were apartment hunting. I'm so glad we didn't! Brooke is so helpful and is a great communicator. The grounds are kept nicely and we've never had any issues with maintenance not fulfilling requests in a timely manner. This is our home and I will be sad to leave!

Yes, we are Pet-Friendly! There are breed restrictions but we allow up to 2 pets :-)
My little sister lives there but I am not for sure how much she pays she lives in a one bedroom apartment I can ask her tomorrow.

Yes, I'm not sure exactly the length as I'm a year long lease but you can call the office and ask :)
It isn't based on income but I have a 3 bedroom and it was around $980 when I first moved in. Every year, rates increase slightly due to surrounding area increases.
