RV battery went bad. They replaced it under warranty, no questions or hassles. Even carried the 90 lb. beast out to my truck. Courteous staff, good service.

They were really nice but took a really long time and I'm pretty sure they messed my phone up more than it already was because when I brought it in it was really cracked BUT the screen was still on and working and then when I went to get it back they said it wouldn't even turn on anymore due to the damage which makes no sense because it was on when I brought it in ... Then they took another 2 hours to try to fix it and couldnt. They didn't make me pay anything but I wouldn't have paid if they did try to make me. I have to take it to a certified apple store so hopefully they can figure out what went wrong. Hopefully I can get it fixed. Read other reviews that seem to have had the same problem

TL;DR Lesson learned; do not pay in advance and trust their assurance that your payment is tied to your phone number. Paid in advance for an automotive key that was given to someone else. Due to scheduling issues (mine) and supply chain issues (theirs) I did not return for over a year. They accused me of receiving the key and attempting to get a second key for free. Their accounting system could not determine who picked up the order. I paid again because I wanted a backup key for my mother's car, and it does work, so 2 stars. Next time, I will pay mobile locksmith rates to avoid this business.

Yes they do. Any rechargeable or lithium batteries. Regular alkalines can be thrown away since they aren't made with mercury anymore.
