Carl Tarbell is the worst Executive Director I have ever come across. He goes from facility to facility spreading his toxic ways. Carl is not willing to be a team player with the lower level staff is his biggest downfall. If you have a family member here get them out as fast as you can Carl will only offer you empty promises.

I have a family member here and the staff are amazing. I was worried about them not being friendly to them but every time I call my family member they always say that everyone is friendly to them. Best place she could of went super clean as well.
