If you go to the Clubhouse on Windward Blvd you can take a look at the bulletin board for any possible rentals available.

Hi. It is a 55 and older community. Spring Creek Village has boat storage, but not storage for RV's. It is a great place to live.
Can I get out to the Gulf by boat (pontoon) without having to worry about the Tide or is it an issue ?

You will have to watch the tides but you should be able to get out often.
