Yes aprial 1 to oct 31 but you can stay here year round from 8am to 8pm for clean up and what not
Not sure what a park model is but if you could tow it or drive it there I'm sure they will let you park it. You should call them they are very friendly and it's a fun place to be. You will enjoy it.
