Stephanie was a very important part of getting my father in law here. It has been very pleasant and everyone has gone above and beyond to make him feel at home. He loves his “apartment” and is acclimating to the community very well.

While trying to navigate the difficult process of moving a loved one into an Assisted Living facility, I can honestly say Traditions had the best presentation and they live up to their presentation. All the staff I have communicated with have been excellent. They know your name as if they've known you for a lifetime. Their commitment to the residents is amazing. I am so glad we stumbled into Traditions by mistake. What a great mistake to have made to ensure our mom is being taken care of by true professionals who love what they do.

Absolutely horrible. Residents not well cared for. Numerous falls resulting in trips to the hospital. Mouse droppings in the room and clothes dresser. Management unresponsive. If you can't avoid the place, be sure to make friends with certain staff members. There are a few that will let you know what is really going on and keep you informed.

MY MOTHER HAS BEEN AT TRADITIONS OF CROSS KEYS SINCE SEPTEMBER 2020. THE STAFF HAVE BEEN WONDERFULLY ENGAGED AND ATTENTIVE TO HER. SHE LOVES THE RESIDENT RABBIT, GEORGIE, AND THE DIRECTOR'S DOG, RICCO, WHO IS THERE ON A DAILY BASIS. SHE ENJOYS THE FOOD AND ALL THE ACTIVITIES. STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE FACILITY IS LARGE ENOUGH TO OFFER MANY ACTIVITIES, BUT SMALL ENOUGH SO THAT RESIDENTS ARE WELL KNOWN TO THE STAFF AND DON'T GET LOST. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY!

I'm taking a tour of the facility for a place for my Father. He has dementia and needs assisted living. How expensive is it if he needs a higher level of care. He has mild dementia. Thank you for any responses.

My uncle is there. We are very happy. He went from a level 3 to a level 1 (u have to keep up and ask questions) after breaking his hip and left rehap. He also has dementia (94). Wears depends just in case but cares for himself with coaching. We pay about 4500 maybe less. We purchase his meds, vitamins and depends cause its cheaper. If he was a vet, make an appointment with VA to see what they will help with. Its retroactive. Ps. Get a power of attorney. We got ours from manor care when he was in rehab. Good luck
