Terrible experience. I had gotten an appointment for my father a few weeks earlier however, they called me and told me the scheduler made a mistake So they pushed my appointment to sept.26 3:30. Once we arrive we check in no problem they were nice. We waited over 45 minutes to be seen, there was no patients left in the office. Even the front desk women were leaving in fact they even locked the front door. It wasn’t until one women spotted us and asked us if we were being helped. She went to check how much longer it was going to be she said 5 more minutes, and that whoever was working the front forgot to update the book. We finally get seated into a room, we meet a technician an older women and she is asking my father questions, I am translating them. I tell her that he has knee problems but he is also unable to turn and she immediately raises her voice and says “well it’s one body part we can look at that’s why you waited 45 minutes.” I did not appreciate her tone at all, and every question after felt like an interrogation. My father was asked to change into shorts no problem, but he grew tired of waiting for the women to come in so we left and did not even finish the appointment. I did not like the way we were treated here and I would hate to think if we were a different race (not Hispanic) we would’ve been treated differently. This office really dropped the ball.

I can not praise this practice enough. My 4 year son fractured his elbow, and he has autism. They were absolutely excellent with his care. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

Call center made the appt with Dr. based on questions they ask you during the call. I went to see the doctor, who stated he was a "surgeon" ; I should of seen one of his associates not him. He had a tone (not a good one) because I didn't want surgery right now, like why was I bothering him. I stated it was call center that made appt. not me. He tried speaking over me as I was trying to explain my situation.

You will get a ticket entering the lot. Be sure to bring it with you to the front desk, they will validate it, than when you exit the lot, just put it back into the machine.
Yes the 412 & 408 run daily its like a 2 minute walk from cooper bone and joint in Glassboro
