That area around MUSC hospital for driving and directions is awful. Better. Clearer signage definitely needed.

No just show them that you have a handicap veterans plate
75 cents per half hour, up to $3 IF you you are receiving any outpatient service, such as a doctor visit - have office validate visit (should be no more than 3 hours - they do question times longer - people do avoid paying the extra costs). Any other visit, with some type of receipt can be up to $6 - same half hour rate applies.
