Stayed the last week in March 2022-our credit card was compromised. Due to circumstances, there was information with our credit card that only existed during our stay there. March 27th, my husband got 147 text messages, 548 spam emails and a fraudulent Dell account was opened with his information, my credit card, and charges were made. I called the desk, was told the manager wasn’t there but would call me-never did. We never received an email at checkout nor was the credit card charged for our stay. When I called, our email wasn’t right, and within hours, something was fixed and our credit card was charged. If this wasn’t an employee, their database was hacked. On another note:The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was adequate, better pre-Covid, Housekeeping took the towels and trash daily and spaced out linen exchange. This is an annual 9-10 day stay for us, we won’t be going back.

I just left here after staying one night and I’ll probably never stay there again. There was a dead bug on the pillow when I went to lay down. There was no staff that I could talk to when I needed things. When morning came, there was nothing there at all. No hot breakfast, no cold breakfast. I went down there at 9:06. Breakfast, I was told started at 9, how was there nothing there? The lobby had already been completely cleaned leaving no evidence of food ever being there, which makes no sense. I called the front desk several times with no answer. This whole thing was a mess.

Probably the best hotel in area. No complaints with accommodations. Clean. Only issue I have is that they won’t accommodate night shifters even with giving more money to sleep just 8 hours. 🤦‍♀️
