A horrible place, dirty mattress, I was waiting 40 minutes for someone to let me in Staff extremely rude. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Not what I expected. At this price point, I wasn't expecting fancy. I was, however, expecting clean. Especially with the ongoing pandemic, I assumed that we would not find our room with crumbs in every corner and on table tops with hairs on the sink. Also, aside from cleanliness, the room was just plain shabby with unfinished patches on the bathroom wall and the toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Although an iron and hair dryer are available, there are only 2 outlets available in the room and the one near the sink doesn't work on top or bottom. Toiletries were also barely provided. One bar of soap and one conditioning shampoo. Shower or wash your hands... you choose.

Upon arrival all was well until I found bed bugs in room 228. I had to pack up my family and leave at 1 am. We didn’t get an apology or anything. The guy was very rude. It was like he didn’t care. I had to bleach down my room when I got there because it didn’t smell cleaned properly although I came with my cleaning supplies anyway because you just never know it they just wipe down or properly sanitize and clean the right way. I do not recommend this place
