I know they offer a free education and will even give you a free service to try out your first time. They have very reasonable prices. Look into their unlimited membership that's the best I've seen.
Yes all 3 steps can be done in one visit. If you're planning on going during the weekend its best if you make an appointment but during the week days walking is welcome. Very clean place and staff is friendly and always ready to help
